About Hydrox-Adeno B12
Hydrox-Adeno B12 by Seeking Health provides 2,000 mcg of vitamin B12 as adenosylcobalamin in each convenient lozenge.
Adenosylcobalamin, one of the “coenzyme” forms of vitamin B12, is known as the mitochondrial form as it is the most prevalent form in cellular tissues.
While not itself a “coenzyme” form, easily converts to one (methylcobalamin) and may also have the unique benefit of helping to support healthy cellular detoxification.

Dosage/Suggested Use
Take 1 lozenge daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Lozenge may be broken into smaller pieces if lower dosage is desired. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
