Shipping/Delivery Options

Most orders are shipped the same day using UPS or Fedx which usually take 2-5 business days to arrive. We also use the United Parcel Service under cetain circumstances.

Priority or Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.

We do offer International Shipping which will be sent via USPS at your own risk. We will not offer any refund for lost package. Additonal shipping fees might also be required depending on your location. 

Ttracking number is sent to you in the same day of your purchase via email. Incase you do not receive it, then please refer to your Order Number and send us e-mail with your request for us to track it for you ASAP. Please note that we do not charge Taxes but only $7.75 Shipping & Handling flat fee will be added to your items total. We can also waive shipping based on the size of your order and the brands that you order especially the ones that do not have sale. Your order is usually shipped same day expedite shipping directly from the manufacture or main distributors to get the latest batches.


Return Policy
Refunds are provided for store credit only for unopened products returned no later than 21 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 21 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund for certain products such as probiotics. Returned products are subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee plus the shipping charges. Canceled order will be provided a store credit if it has not been shipped.

Payment Policy
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon packing the order. shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged on the day that your order is shipped. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.
