Shipping/Delivery Options

Free Expedite Shipping- on all of our products which will be shipped to you directly from the manufactures or their main distributor same day you order at no additional cost to you. Our objective is not to only get you the latest batches but have it at your door within 2 days of your order. Unlike most of our competitors which store their products in their own warehouse and apply discounts only when their products are about to expire and then ship it regular mail which can dramatically effect the freshness of the supplements.

Tracking number is sent to you in the same day of your purchase via email. 

Taxes  Taxes and handling fees are waived for all orders.

Coupon Code:  We are honoring an extra 10% discount on most of our brands at the checkout page after you sign-in by including code: VIP   in the Discount Codes box


Overnight shipments may be made by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request. Hawaii, PR and Alaska orders will be subjected to additional shipping especially if the order is less then $70.

We
do offer International Shipping which will be sent via USPS and no guarantee due to some restrictions with Customs in various countries. We do advise to request insurance w/ international shipping which will be additional fees to guarantee refund in case you do not receive shipment.

Return Policy

Incase you have ordered the wrong item unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Once the supplements have left the warehouse, for the safety of our customers, returned items cannot put back for resale. What may work for one person may not work for another. We hope you understand.
For any exceptions that are accepted - you may return an un-opened, un-used, Non-perishable* (ie, Heat Sensitive items cannot be returned), Non-homeopathic product within 25 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping fees.

To send back your un-opened product, contact us via email with your reason for the return to obtain an RMA# and we will email you the address where you should send the return package. Do not send back products without an RMA# or you will not get credit.

Please do not refuse a package unless you have requested a return authorization from us and we have instructed you to do so, as you will not receive credit.

If you were shipped the wrong product by fault of ours, we will provide you with a free shipping label for its return and we will ship the correct product as soon as we receive it back.

Return Policy
