For Immune Health: Colostrum contains natural immunoglobulins that support the mucosal defense system (reduces colds and flus). Colostrum supports a healthy immune response to invading pathogens (viral, fungal and bacterial). Colostrum growth factors help speed cellular repair and recovery, especially of the intestinal lining, after illness, NSAIDs, or heavy exertion. Over 70% of all immune producing cells are in the lining of the small intestine.
